Sunrise on day two bought with it the Queen Stage - 118km and nearly 4,000m of elevation gain from Pola de Allande to Lugo.

As the
Suunto España team headed from the Asturius into Galicia, the terrain varied wildly, from technical and rocky descents, punishing road sections and winding paths - pushing each runner to the limit.

Thankfully our team physio
Joni Duran kept legs in good shape and the team kit from Chance and our friends Buff, Alba Optics and Hoka ensured we could face anything the infamous Camino threw at us and maintained our second place position.
