Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you don't see your country on the dropdown at checkout, drop us a line and we'll figure it out.

How much is shipping?
→ We offer free shipping globally on orders over €250
→ EU shipping is €10
→ Rest of the World is €25
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship with DHL. You'll be able to track with DHL once we ship.
→ EU orders expect 1-3 days
→ ROW orders expect 2-7 days
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund as long as your items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and returned within 28 days of receipt.
We do not offer a free returns service - when returning any unwanted items we’ll provide you with a shipping label that ensures any duties/taxes can be reclaimed. A flat-rate of €15 for shipping will be deducted from any final refund issued for a return.
If your goods arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will fix this for you.

What happens next
As soon as we receive your returned items, we’ll process them and either give you a refund or issue you with your chosen store credit so you can pick something else from the Chance range. While we don’t yet offer self-selected exchanges, we’re working on it!
