Shipping Your Chance Order

We ship all orders from our hometown of Girona, Spain - where we design, prototype and validate our products on the local trails. To ensure our community has the best possible shopping and shipping experience, all orders now ship with applicable taxes and duties included. The final price you pay includes local taxes and duties, and our shipping partners guarantee that neither you nor Chance will pay any further fees.

The only change for our EU customers is that we’re now shipping with FedEx. Our usual delivery timeframe of 3-5 days after dispatch remains the same.

When selecting your preferred country and viewing our products, the prices shown on our product pages now include local sales tax, customs duties and any other import tariffs. These prices will stay the same through checkout.

Previously, our prices to you excluded any taxes / duties and so this change means that our prices will appear to have risen. With this change, our prices include the taxes and duties you would have previously paid upon delivery. The good news is: there are now no carrier fees to pay to process any duty payments - we handle all that for you.

Remember: sales taxes and import duties vary from country to country, and this means there will, for the first time be variation in product prices between countries. For example, customers in Indonesia would see a substantially higher price than in Singapore, and customers in the UK would see different prices to the EU, because taxes and duties differ from country to country.

We have not made any changes to our underlying pricing for international markets beyond rounding to the nearest sensible figure.

If you’re in the USA and Canada, when browsing our products, the prices exclude local sales tax, import duties and any applicable tariffs until you checkout. We calculate any sales taxes once a delivery address is confirmed, so that we can give you absolute certainty.

Our underlying pricing remains unchanged - we are simply making it smoother to shop with us by pre-paying any required taxes or duties that would be due upon delivery. The price paid at checkout will be your final price, and our partners will ensure this is guaranteed.
