Refund policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund as long as your items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense. If your goods arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will fix this for you.

What happens next

As soon as we receive your returned items, we’ll process them and either give you a refund or send your preferred alternative. Please note that we cannot refund import duties and taxes for orders delivered to the United States and Canada.
